Your satisfaction is our top most priority. We aim to deliver the perfect song for your recipients but if you are not 100% satisfied we have a few extra services which can help you for your perfect song.
Artist/Giftasong's error revisions- 0 Rs.
Our songs errors made my our artists or Giftasong while making the song will be free for one revision. The errors are as follows:
Incorrect lyric details:
Your lyrics contain incorrect details based on information originally submitted at the time of purchase.
This does not include personal preference changes or utilizing new information for lyrics.
Mispronunciations:
Names, places, or other words are mispronounced within your lyrics Playback Issues.
Your song is skipping, you feel the mix is a bit off or there are other issues playing your song in its entirety.
Playback issues:
Your song does not have proper mix and master or noisy vocals or there is problem in playing of song
Extra vocal recording session- 5999 Rs. (Professional studio version), 2999 Rs. (Basic-Studio),1499 Rs. (Basic-acoustic)
An extra vocal recording session makes the artist work on your song again in the studio for your song's lyrical tweaks to make the song perfect for you.
NOTE- All of these errors are very rare and do not occur occasionally.
Changing lyrics:
Sometimes your artist gets your details included incorrectly, not the way you wanted it. We want your song to be perfect and make it feel you created it so this allows you to make those changes.
Incorrect detail supplied:
There are times that you supplied the wrong details, name, place, dates or provided other key details wrong so this helps you to correct those mistakes.
Remove supplied details:
You supplied us with details and you may not have thought they would make the song’s lyrics or you changed your mind and want them removed.
More details/ Extra verse- 4999 Rs. (Professional studio version), 2499 Rs. (mix and mastered version) , 999 Rs. (acoustic version)
Sometimes the details that you give are complicated and not easy to include in the song or sometimes there are details that you want to add to song so that the song feels complete so this helps you to add additional 3-4 details (6 to 10 lyric lines or an extra minute).

Below are some of the revision requests we do not currently offer due to fulfillment complexities:
1. A different Giftasong artist covering your existing song.
2. Requests to change or add instrumentation to a song.
3. Requests to perform melodies, words, notes, runs differently.
4. Re-record full completed songs based on new lyrics you wrote.
5. Fully remove lines in the middle of verses/stanzas/choruses.
Tips to avoid song revisions
There are some simple things you can do to make sure your song is as close to your vision as possible:
1. Phonetically spell out all uncommon names, places, and words within your submission.
2. Provide some context around your details. Single words/phrases are hard to work into a song correctly without any context and may sound a bit random.
3. If you submit details to us and don’t want them included in the song, let us know within your submission. Everything within your submission can make the song unless noted by you.
4. Always keep in mind that we only know the information that you provide us with and your song can only be as good as the information we’re provided with.
5. Utilise our “must-haves” step during the submission process so our artists can make sure to work your most important details into your song.
6. If you have a specific style of the genre you selected in mind, please let us know. (i.e. Pop Country, Punk Rock, Piano and not guitar, etc.
